How to reach us
Write to support@trimestria.es. In the Trimestria application you can also use Help.
What to include
- The email address of your Trimestria account.
- What you were doing and what you expected.
- What happened instead, with the text of any message you saw.
- If it is about an assistant: which product it is (Claude, ChatGPT or Codex) and roughly when it happened.
Do not send your password, your second-factor codes or a full tax identification number.
